Return Eligibility:

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. These include:

  • Socks and other personal wear items that have been worn or washed

  • Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or PROMOTIONAL

Items showing signs of use, damage not caused by our error, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process:

Refunds:

Late or Ineligible Returns:

Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted. Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements may be rejected or partially refunded.
